Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training.

Alina Andrei

I specialize in physiotherapy, remedial massage, deep tissue sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, offering a hands-on approach that combines manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and postural education to promote recovery, mobility, and long-term well-being.

My passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation began in my early teens as an elite handball player in Romania’s Junior National Team. I graduated with honours in Physiotherapy from the National Academy of Education and hold qualifications in Sports Science and Personal Training from the Ecological University of Bucharest.

With over 13 years of experience, I have worked with elite athletes, providing physiotherapy, personal training, acupuncture, and sports massage therapies. I stay at the forefront of my field by continuously updating my knowledge through CPD courses to deliver the highest standard of care.

I believe in preventing injuries as much as treating them, tailoring each session to your needs with a meticulous, patient-focused approach. My expertise, attention to detail, and friendly, professional manner will put you at ease, helping you achieve optimal movement, strength, and overall health.
